Flank steak has become a favorite thanks to the many wonderful options for marinade and rubs. It takes its place center-stage as a main entrée and in Mexican fajitas where you will find it savory and delicious!
After marinating, grill on a hot BBQ 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to retain its juices. Many cooks miss this step and they lose the flavorful juices all over the cutting board. Notice the direction of the fibers and cut diagonally across the grain. Avoid cutting with the fibers which will be more difficult to chew.
