We have a new favorite in our family!  Our pork chops make delicious burgers!  I took the flavors of one of our favorites as we were growing up, M & J’s smoke house road side stand in Washington.  On the corner of the Mukilteo speedway and 84th st SW, where the 7-11 is now, was the most amazing smokehouse bbq burgers ever!  You could order, beef or pork, mild, med, hot or extra hot, each burger came with a topping of cabbage, carrots and onion smothered in this special smokey spiced bbq sauce.  The Dream Dinners version is just as good as I remembered …. enjoy!
