Steakhouse Kabobs with Baby Bakers
I marinated my beef kabob meat with 1 onion I chunked into 6 large pieces, for 5 days in my refrigerator as it thawed. It was amazingly tender and when I skewered them I added a mushroom, large yellow and red pepper chunks, the onion and large round of zucchini. I poured the marinade over the skewers before cooking. After 4 – 5 min grilling on high we had a complete dinner!
