Market Salmon with Corn Medley

We love to grill Salmon and this serves so beautifully with our seasoned corn. The weather in the Pacific NW has been so cold and rainy, I used the leftovers to make salmon corn chowder! I sautéed a chopped onion and 3 chopped celery stocks, added 2 strips of chopped bacon, 1 cup of milk and 3 cups of chicken stock. I let is simmer 30 min then added the salmon and corn medley, breaking the salmon up with the spoon as I stirred it. Who would think chowder in May?
