Monte Cristo Chicken

This is one of my family recipes from years ago…. also one that we served catering. Everyone loves this….. and why not, chicken topped with bacon, cheese and a nummy cream sauce. When I cooked this at home, BEFORE thawing, I peeled off the foil pan and placed the frozen rectangle into my sprayed baking dish. I like to serve in my real dishes if I am not too busy. We had french bread on the side to dip into the sauce and I sliced up some mushrooms, zucchini and onions for a quick stir fry on the side.
